 P2632

Conspec's P2632 Scan Analyzer was developed as a tool for determining the status of the Conspec trunk, which run throughout the plant or mine. Without this tool, it is difficult to determine whether the central station has been set up to communicate with a particular equipment or the field equipment is responding back to the central station, This tool can be connected anywhere along the 4-wire trunk cable and display the scan rate of any field device from central station. This tool also provides the capability of displaying the data that is being sent from the field device back to the central station (limited to those field devices that are connected to the downstream of the trunk where this tool is connected.)

 FEATURES
Scan Analzyer Power: The P2632 Scan Analyzer utilizes the power already available in the trunk cable and hence does not require external power supply. There is a power switch for 15 or 24-volt trunks.
Displaying Scan Rate: The scan rate screen displays the scan rate for the selected address. The scan rate is the time interval between the two consecutive scans of an address by the central station.
Data Monitor Screen: The data monitor screen shows the address currently listening to in decimal format. The screen also shows the data in decimal and binary formats.
Accessor Types: The setup screen allows the user to specify the type of Accessor that the Scan Analyzer will be listening for. Currently there are four types that can be selected from:
BIN (Binary) - Input/Output or pulse
ANA (Analog) - Smart Analogs and the A50 series
MA8 (Analog) - 8 input, 8 Bit Multiple Analog
MCA (Analog) - 8 input, 12 Bit Multiple Analog
Best viewed with 800 x 600 screen resolution.
